About Gaurav (Guest Mentor)
About Gaurav (Guest Mentor)
Gaurav Wakanakr is a skilled 2D Character Animator and Director hailing from India. Having spent his early years as a member of Ghost Animation, he now works independently as a freelancer on various projects from the USA, Europe, and Korea.
In recent years, Gaurav has worked on some of the most popular animated TV series, including Love Death & Robots, Scavenger's Regin, The Witcher-2, X-men'97, Pantheon, etc. He'll join us as a guest speaker in this workshop to share some of his recent work.
In this mentorship, Gaurav will show:
Charts (Korean way)
Differences between the Korean and Western workflows and how to navigate them.
Examples of production materials of Korean and Western shows.
