Your Workshop works under ethics and we as a system works in a very transparent way still have certain privacies which would make others ensure to work with us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. 

• As per our business, we rely upon our customers and their data is important to us but we ensure that we don't sell or disclose the contacts of our users to any third party. 

• We collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

• For all the artists who work with us on a contractual basis or for a particular workshop, we ensure them that we do not use any of their artworks for selling or any other personal work.

• We do not sell the recordings of any workshop to anyone after the workshop our contract with the artists and our users are only limited to that particular workshop. 

• Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

• We protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
